A Personal Message from Bob

Welcome to my website! Thanks for visiting and I hope that you will visit regularly to find out the most recent news from Ottawa and the riding of Red Deer.

I believe that we can be a party that truly represents the voice of the grassroots and that makes smart decisions in Ottawa. Too often the Liberals have wasted your hard earned dollars on bad programs and policies. My approach is to put your voice first, to ensure wise spending in Ottawa, and to develop programs and policies that reflect the principles of Cooperation, Communication and Consultation.

I believe that this approach works well for any issue, and in my role as the Official Opposition's Environment Critic, I am committed to developing the Conservative Party's environmental policy. Big Ottawa governments have often developed policies that hurt Canada's natural heritage.

Limited government and empowering citizens is the best way to ensure the health of people, their communities and the natural world on which they depend. Can conservatives be environmentalists? The answer is a definite yes. Even more, we are and will be the best choice to ensure Canada's health.
